ICT – Customer Support Executive

This role requires a good knowledge of ICT products in general, experience on technical support, solutions and information on our product range. You will be required to provide ICT Technical Support to customers at our office or customer sites. You will form part of the Sirap Technical Support Team

• Have good time-management skills • Sound knowledge of computer architecture and Microsoft OS and applications
• The ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking
• BTEC Higher National, or MCP or A+ Technician Diploma will be an asset • Possess a driving licence and clean police conduct
