Greeting people at the door and escorting them to their table.
Present the menu and take their order.
Suggest and promotes food dishes and specialties.
Recommends and complimenting wines with food.
Communicate orders with the chef and the bartender.
Serving food and beverage items.
Clearing tables and set them up for the next service.
Pay attention to details.
Up-sell drinks, desserts, coffees and liquors.
Prepare the bills and collect money accordingly.
Maintain a clean and clear working area.

Qualifications

One year working experience.
Flexible and ready to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
Candidates holding the WSET certificate will be preferred.
Good English speaking is a must.
Catering school certificate will be recognized and appreciated.
