We are looking for someone to replace the current administrator. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in running a busy office and be familiar with the usual day-to-day activities such as answering calls, replying to emails, sourcing items/equipment, a basic knowledge of accounts/invoicing, roster preparation and other secretarial work that is needed.

This job is a full time post and only people with experience need apply.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience - Proficient in IT; basic accounting, polite and responsible.
Ability to deal with suppliers etc.
Must be reliable, fluent in English, Maltese and also Italian.
