 
        Lifts Installer
Advent Lifts Services Ltd
            Primary Purpose: 	To install lifts on sites and ensure that the quality of installations and customer 
                                service remains at the highest levels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•	Conduct new installations and resolve technical problems during job completion. 
•	Ensure that the material required for the job is picked up from the warehouse or any other site 
        as required and check that the material required is all included in the pick list prior leaving the 
        warehouse.
•	Ensure that all extra/left over material is gathered and returned to the warehouse once the job 
        is completed for stock purposes. 
•	Ensure that services are provided to the highest quality and standard with due recognition of 
        the client.
•	Ensure that all installations are snags free.
•	Provide updates to the Installations Supervisor of the work in progress.
•	Provide effective and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding technical information, 
        resolution of issues and achievement of milestones during installations.
•	Build positive relationships with customers, apply excellent customer care at all times and 
        oversee the preservation of both the clients’ and company’s property and equipment.
•	Be aware of any health and safety issues; also understand appropriately ergonomic 
        techniques.
•	Attend any training provided by the Company and sit for the respective assessments 
        accordingly.
•	Maintain customer’s trust relationship by keeping service information confidential.
•	Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
•	Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Qualifications
            Requirements:
•	Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role within a technical industry preferably in the lifts 
        installations field.
•	Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and preferably also Maltese.
•	Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and electronic devices.
•	A valid driving license.
