Job Opportunity: Full time Live in Maintenance Person
We are seeking to employ a full time live in Maintenance Person to work in our 2-Star Apart-Hotel. Free accommodation is being offered to the ideal candidate.

Duties
The ideal candidate must be a mature person who is hands-on, well-mannered and responsible for carrying out the required maintenance duties and daily upkeep of the properties of the Company in a timely manner as well as assisting with any guest check ins upon arrival.

Working hours will be adapted to the business' needs and will include working weekends and public holidays as necessary.

Required Skills
It is essential that the candidate has a maintenance background and experience in electrical work, plumbing, painting and any other odd jobs that might be required. The candidate needs to be hands on, be able to multi-task and work on their own initiative. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is a must. Any other languages will be favorable but not essential

Salary package
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience. Since the position also requires the candidate to check in guests after office hours, an apartment is being offered rent free to the ideal person chosen.

A working permit and clean police conduct is a must for this position.
