Retail Assistant (Part/full-time)

We are looking for a full-time or part-time retail assistant to help our dedicated and motivated team. Our season shop is constantly changing for many calendar years events and the chosen candidate would be a part of this dynamic industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep up a tidy and clean shop floor.
• Answer and assist with any questions whilst making suggestions to customers according to their needs.
• Handling online, telephone and walk-in orders.
• Providing exemplary customer service, greeting clients and guide them based upon their preferences.
• Floral arranging and arts and crafts knowledge is considered as an asset – however, training will be provided.
• Assisting other retail assistants with shop floor changes according to seasonal changes.
• Assisting in other areas as required.

Qualifications

• Having a basic knowledge of the floral industry and arts and crafts.
• Being able to work independently.
• Being fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Love being part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work in a flexible environment and work during weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• An eye for detail.
