Seeking Bilingual Russian Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) fluent in English and Russian in support of company services.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a fluent Russian & English Speaking individual who would like to work in a friendly, professional working environment.
You will be the first point of contact for clients who contact the company and attend to their support or queries regarding the companies services. You will also need to enter data into a centralized CRM program to ensure that customer records are kept. The role also includes receiving calls and attend to replies to emails and other customer support queries which must be conducted accurately, courteously, and in a timely manner. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Use standard technology such as: telephone, email, and the internet to complete work tasks.
Complete basic call-related data entry into a CRM database.
Assist callers with their queries and submitting them for processing.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to speak English and Russian clearly, professionally, and fluently.
Strong written, verbal, and typing communication skills
Administrative, detail oriented, and organizational skills
Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
