Roadside Assistance Coordinator


The primary duties of the Roadside Assistance Coordinator are:

Handling of incoming calls from distressed motorists
Dispatching roadside assistance requests in a timely manner using a variety of communication channels.
Effectively uses computer systems for tracking, information gathering
Monitors the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensures documentation is thorough and accurate.
Issuing of invoices related to service requests and other complimenting services such as motor vehicle repairs, car hire, taxi service etc
Participates in the resolution of service issues and member complaints.

This post is on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly but with the need to be available to work flexible hours of either early or late shifts varying between 07:00 to 22:00. A good remuneration will be offered to the right candidate.


The ideal candidate needs to have:
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, typing skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of Maltese & English both written and spoken (any other language is considered an asset)
• Customer service minded with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to resolve customer service issues
• Perform other various clerical duties to support the efficient operation of the office
• Ability to be a good team player but can also work individually without supervision
• Working knowledge of computer and Internet usage to accurately and efficiently complete daily work assignments
• Ability to work occasional weekends, overtime and/or holidays as necessitated by business and/or weather conditions.
• A valid driving license and have own or reliable transportation
