Looking for part-time/ reduced hours administration assistant
Due to our company’s expansion, we are looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude to assist us in daily administration tasks such as the following:
- Assisting with schedules.
- Assisting with recruitment process – preparing portfolios of candidates, gathering references, following ups etc.
- Updating our recruitment database.
- Answering phone calls.
- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth operation.
- Day-to-day assistance with various administration tasks.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you, if you:
- Speak fluent English (any other European language is an asset)
- Have some previous experience in administrative or HR position.
- Can work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Can adapt quickly to changes and take on various responsibilities.
- Are skilled in Microsoft Office and willing to learn how to operate our HR software.
- Are motivated to learn and develop
Experience in payroll and invoicing will be considered an asset.
