The successful candidate shall be expected to carry out, amongst other things, the following duties:-
1. Record and monitor all site activities and costs being expended on the project;
2. Measure, value, and submit contract variations;
3. Prepare and submit project interim valuation and final accounts;
4. Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month;
5. Assist the Project Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

Diploma - Graduated Civil Engineer comparable to MQF level 6 is considered an asset
