OPERATIONS MANAGER

Salini Resort

Job details: The ideal candidate will be a problem solver having strong management skills with high attention to detail. S/he will report to the RESORT DIRECTOR and, together with other members of management, will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Resort. The main areas of responsibilities include the direct involvement in:

• Overall management and supervision of operational departments together with HOD at the Resort to maintain high quality operating standards and efficiency.
• the management/overview of the Food and Beverage services provided to the Resort Guests.
• Customer Service and QA procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is expected. This management position requires a flexible and highly organised person willing to work weekends.
