EXPERIENCED HEAD CHEF with overall responsibility for the kitchen including the management of a team of chefs and liaising with restaurant manager. The successful applicant should have adequate experience in the hospitality field and have a ‘hands on‘ approach with the related managerial skills to deal with the daily running of the operation.
