Profiling and Guidance Executive/ Job Coach - GO

The selected candidate will have a dual role, in part consisting of duties of a Profiling and Guidance Executive; and Job coaching duties, according to the Foundation's exigencies. The candidate will be required to guide and support persons with a disability interested in, or already in, employment.

About the role:

The selected Candidate will be the point of contact for registering individuals. Through meetings with the individuals, a profile is built which will serve to guide and facilitate Job search and employment. The role also includes supporting persons with a disability who have already found employment, through Job coaching at the place of work.

Qualifications

Post Details and Qualifications requested:

This post is being offered on a part-time basis, for a definite period of 1 year.

Qualification at Level 6 in psychology/ social work or other relevant areas.

Previous experience working in the social sector will be considered an asset.

Valid Driving License

Ability to communicate well in both Maltese and English.
