Qualifications

+ an MCAST – BTEC extended Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment;
+ additional relevant technical qualifications will be considered a plus;
+ minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position;
+ strong knowledge and proficient usage of Auto-CAD;
+ highly organized, confident and eye to detail;
+ problem solving skills; + experience with MEPA procedures would be considered an asset;
+ an excellent command of written and spoken English;
+ a strong focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines;
+ a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application;
