The ideal candidate should have experience in Japanese culture, in particular, the art of SUSHI and HIBACI, and be based in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Maintaining and cleaning your work stations to the highest of standards
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
• The necessary qualifications as well as food handling certification.
• Experience will be considered an asset.
• Good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Flexibility in working hours, including being on-call as necessary.
• Can work late night shifts especially weekends and public holidays.
