Chief Finance and Operations Manager

A vacancy has arisen for the post of Chief Finance and Operations Manager within Cherubino Group. Reporting to and working closely with the Group Chief Executive, the selected candidate will be a key member of the management team. S/he will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company and be primarily accountable for the financial and operations of the group.

The selected candidate will be required to:
• Lead, direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the group

• Be responsible for various operations and business functions, including I.T. and general administration

• Ensure credibility of the finance team by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, management accounts, financial trends

• Regularly participate at internal meeting to lead and present financial results

• Human resources management

• A fully qualified accountant
• Experience in financial leadership roles
