The set is housed in its original presentation box, marked “KOCMOC” (Kosmos in Cyrillic) with a gold atomic-style emblem on the lid. Inside are six metal badges each featuring detailed relief designs related to Soviet space exploration, including cosmonauts, satellites, spacecraft, and orbital imagery, with Cyrillic inscriptions.

The badges have an aged patina consistent with their age. The box shows some cosmetic wear and marks, as expected for a vintage item, but remains structurally sound.
