What kind of mat is this?
It's made of EPE foam. That probably doesn't mean much to you :) It's a material that provides excellent insulation and shock absorption. This means you won't feel like you're kneeling on a hard, cold, and damp surface.

It is 25 mm thick, so it also protects you from the cold from the floor.
