Vintage Swiss trench wristwatch from the World War I era (circa 1910–1920). Early wristwatches like this were among the first widely worn on the wrist, evolving from pocket watches and used by soldiers and civilians during the early 20th century.
The watch features a solid silver case marked 0.935, a high-grade Swiss silver standard used on many export watch cases of the period. Inside is an original Swiss mechanical movement.
This piece is being sold as a restoration or project watch. The crystal is cracked and the watch is not currently running, so it will require servicing. The dial and case show wear consistent with age.
