For sale: Lambretta LD150, 1956 early model, requiring restoration.

This scooter has been off the road since the early 1970s and stored indoors in dry conditions. It has not been dismantled or modified and remains a largely complete and original example — an excellent base for a correct restoration.

Condition & details:
• 1956 model year
• Complete rolling chassis with original engine, transmission, forks, wheels and suspension
• Engine was preserved before storage by filling the cylinder with engine oil and gently turning it
• Has not been started since storage
• Frame appears straight, no visible accident damage
• Skirts/panels require replacement or repair (see photos)
• Original seat base, suspension and running gear present
• Last licence disc included, dated 1970
• No paperwork

Included with the scooter is the Raymond Broad “Lambretta Scooter Maintenance and Repair” manual, a well-known period reference for LD models.

This is not a recommission-and-ride scooter, but a genuine long-term barn find for someone who understands early Lambrettas and wants an honest, unmolested restoration project.
