Welch Manufacturing Co. of Forestville, Connecticut. 30-hour weight-driven brass movement with original pendulum and surviving period paper manufacturer's label reading “Improved Thirty Hour Brass Clocks.” Painted Roman numeral dial with floral decoration. Case shows significant age-related wear, finish loss and restoration/alteration consistent with its age. Movement condition unknown/not recently tested. Sold as-is.
