This 12V electric winch takes the effort out of loading a boat onto its trailer. Wire it to a 12V battery and it pulls a load up to 1000kg (2000lb), so you can haul your boat up the trailer bunks under power instead of by hand.
Around Malta and Gozo, a slipway winch makes short work of recovering a boat at the end of a day on the water. The winch runs on 12V DC and has power-in and power-out control, so you drive the line in to load and pay it out to launch.
