We are exploring potential development opportunities for a parcel of land within a development zone in a central north area of Malta. To this end we are seeking potential tenants or partners for very long term leasehold/rental agreements.
We expect the total footprint available to be around 2,400m2 per floor and 3 to 4 floors could be available. The facility shall additionally have as much as 4,000m2 of underground footprint space, and up to 5 underground levels could be available depending on height of each level. This could host as much as 20,000m2 for underground car spaces, dry storage, warehousing, etc.
The desired minimum tenancy shall be of 15 years with a maximum of as much as 40 years.
The space will be suitable for office space, health/aesthetics/fitness/spa use, clinics, storage, warehousing (underground) and some retail space. The plan is to create minimum numbers of car spaces and allocate said to the occupied space, based on their individual requirements.
The site is not suitable for noisy or polluting industries.
