The space:

This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 cozy bedrooms and a sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for cooking meals at home, and the two private balconies provide extra space to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

2 Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for friends or family.

Please respect our strict noise policies to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbours, particularly regarding noise levels. Violations may result in fines from local authorities. Our apartment is ideal for relaxation, not parties!

2. Self Check-In or Host Check-In
You’ll have the option of self check-in or meeting your host. We’ll send you all the necessary details ahead of your arrival.

3. Waste Collection
Please follow the waste collection schedule provided at check-in. It’s important to dispose of garbage at the correct times to avoid fines from local authorities.

5. Guest Limit
Only the guests listed in your booking can stay overnight. If you plan to have any additional visitors, please reach out for approval first. A nightly fee may apply for extra guests.

6. An Eco Contribution Tax of 0.50 Euro Daily per guest will be collected separately on the day of arrival (maximum of 5 Euro per guest for each continuous stay).
