I’m looking to rent an older apartment or house, preferably in the northern part of Malta, that needs some renovation and repair work. I am a skilled handyman and can take care of all necessary fixes, including plumbing, electrical, tiling, and general maintenance.

In exchange for a long-term lease (3 to 5 years), I’m offering to renovate and improve the property at my own expense. I’m interested in a low rent arrangement due to the work involved.
