Family of 3 adults and 2 children, so 3/4 bedrooms required preferably with garage/parking but not essential, for a period of 1-2 years asap, however early new year availability is also fine, we have no major rush.

A well respected family, no pets, non smokers, non drinkers etc.

Rent payment will be like Swiss clockwork.
