CLERK - Accounts & Bookkeeping - Full time

Job Details


Our company is looking for a person to perform clerical duties and ensure accuracy of financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoicing clients, ensuring payment of invoices; updating ledgers; Bank, Creditors & Debtors reconciliations, monthly payroll hours and developing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system for our firm. 

Qualifications / Experience


The ideal candidates must ideally be familiar with Sage software, Microsoft Excel and Word, previous experience in a similar post will be considered an asset but is not necessary, willing to learn and meet deadlines.
